- Providing a single point of contact for GLBT-friendly businesses, organizations, and other resources in Southwest Florida.
- Communicating events and news to the GLBT community in Southwest Florida.
Our listings and articles will focus on non-dating, non-sexual content. Although we might highlight one or two resources that offer dating-type services, this isn’t a hook-up site.
We are named “Gay Fort Myers” because that is the most likely thing people might type into Google if they were searching for GLBT resources in the Fort Myers area. We’d like to include listings for resources as far south as Naples and as far north as North Port. Fort Myers is about halfway between those two points.
At this point, we are a free site. There is no paid advertising and no one is making any money on this site.
If you would like to contribute an article, please send it to the editor at *email address tbd*. If you have a resource or business that isn’t listed, please let us know and we will add it if it is appropriate.

Hey there. I’m looking for help from the GLBT community in Fort Myers. I am a new Director of Children’s Religious Education at The Unitarian Universalist Church of Fort Myers and we’re doing a gay pride worship service this Sunday. The kids’ book King and King was recommended to me as a source for my piece in the service called “A Story for All Ages.” I can’t find it anywhere! Does anyone in this community know where I can find one?
