Florida Gay Adoption Ban Is Ruled Unconstitutional

In a giant victory of compassion and common sense over homophobia and prejudice, judge Cindy S. Lederman of Miami-Dade Circuit Court has ruled Florida’s total ban on homosexual adoptions unconstitutional and clearly not in the best interests of the childen of the state.
